Intensive livestock activity produces large amounts of animal waste that includes high levels of ammonia, nitrogen, phosphates and trace minerals. Proper animal nutrition can minimize the amount of these contaminants. Our contribution to the environment is based on a fundamental pillar: the improvement in feed conversion efficiency through correct management measures, the use of specific additives and zootechnical methods.

The feed conversion efficiency is expressed in the kilos of food consumed by an animal to generate 1kg of live weight; understanding by "consumption" the food delivered. Therefore, meat will be produced with less amount of ration, which favours the environment and results in a better profitability of the business. In this way, we maximize the production and profit of our customers, respecting the community and working in a sustainable manner.

Some of our products and the way they contribute:

• ByPro is a natural additive based on plant extracts that improves conversion efficiency, reduces the amount of methane gas emitted by animals into the environment and allows you to reduce the use of antibiotics and antiparasitic in ruminants.

• Rumensin also increases the conversion efficiency and slows the emission of gases. The use of organic minerals of high bioavailability allows responsible use of them, decreasing both, the amount used to meet the requirements as the emanations to the environment through faeces, emission of productive effluents or the amount of necessary resources.
